2 - Meeting, Property Visit and Contract Signing

A visit to the property and its surroundings to assess its potential in line with your expectations. This step is the foundation of our support and allows us to formalize our collaboration through the signing of the contract.

3 - Technical Visit with the Cleaning Team

A dedicated visit focused on internal organization: property assessment, identification of linen, equipment and supply needs, and implementation of the cleaning protocol.

4 - Professional Photography

Creation of high-quality images designed to showcase the property on rental platforms

5 - Listing Creation and Publication

Writing the listing, publishing it on rental platforms, and implementing dynamic pricing to optimize the occupancy rate.

6 - Initial Cleaning and Setup
